"My off season training with Lou got me into great condition and prepared me for what was my best high school season ever. Even when I was living and going to college at Alabama I continued to go back to Florida and train with Peak Performance during my summer break. Lou gave me all the tools I needed to perform my best at the High School level as well as achieve a college scholarship and beyond. After finishing college I was playing for the NBA D LEAGUE and working hard to achieve a position in the NBA. I am now playing in the NBA and strongly believe that going through PEAK PERFORMANCE as a high school athlete, and back during my summer break is exactly what I needed each year to get refocused and physically ready for my next season and the next level!"
